Acceptance of terms
By using iLearn AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the app.
Eligibility and account
You must be legally eligible to use the app in your country; if you are a minor, the app is expected to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and payments
- In-app subscriptions are purchased and renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
- The renewal amount is charged automatically at the start of each period unless you cancel the renewal before its due date by the window set by the store.
- You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time from the subscription settings in your store account — not from within the app.
- Refund policy is governed by the rules of the store you subscribed through (Apple or Google).
- Web payments via Stripe may be available in some cases.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing purpose.
- Upload offensive, infringing, or unauthorized content.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.
- Misuse the AI features or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to use and process it as needed to operate and provide the service to you (including sending it to the AI service for processing).
User content & zero tolerance for abuse
The app may let users post content (messages, images, and files in groups). We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable, abusive, or infringing content and toward abusive users.
- You may not post any abusive, pornographic, violent, hateful, or rights-infringing content.
- You can report any message or any user from within the app, and block any user so you no longer receive their messages.
- We review reports and act within 24 hours: removing violating content and suspending or banning the offending user.
AI-generated content
Content generated by the AI (such as responses, quizzes, and summaries) is provided as an educational aid and may contain errors or inaccuracies. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for official sources or professional advice, and you are responsible for verifying its accuracy.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the app, its design, and its trademark are owned by iLearn AI. No part of the app may be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country from which the app is operated, and any disputes are resolved in accordance with those laws.
