Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your iLearn AI account and all the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how.

How to delete

• In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm.
• Or email us at support@learn-api.site from the email address registered to your account and request deletion; we will verify your identity and process the request.

What gets deleted

• Your personal data: name, email, phone number, and profile image.
• Content you created: conversations with the AI assistant, files and materials, quizzes, bookmarks, and group messages.
• Your activity and study progress, and your push token (FCM).

Data we may retain

We may keep a limited set of records required by law or for billing and fraud-prevention purposes, for no longer than the law requires. Paid subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are cancelled from your store account.

Timeframe

We complete deletion of your data within a reasonable period after the request is confirmed (typically within 30 days), except for data we are legally required to retain.
